GERARDO ORTIZ QUINTERO, PROJECT MANAGER
IWFS COLOMBIA

Gerardo has 20 years upstream and downstream petroleum
industry experience with major oil & gas operators and
service companies with  a focus on Integrated Project
Management and Operations. Gerardohas specialized
on Operations of Excellence with emphasison human,
technological and efectiveness values.  As a leader and a
team player, Gerardo experienced strong active corporate
participation  during the merge of Mobiland Exxon as a key
member of the  Asset Optimization Team and as a leader
aspart of Schlumberger's aggressive IPM  and SPM drilling
campaign.

During his professional life, Gerardo has acquired a solid
background as a project manager from his experience in
corporations including: Mobil Oil, Exxon, ExxonMobil and
Schlumberger where he performed with a focus on team
work and the search for effective results as main drivers
of his business motivation.

Gerardo holds a Civil Engineering degree from Pontificia

MARIO ANTONIO SALAZAR, PETROLEUM ENGINEER

Mario has several years of upstream experience in the Oil
& Gas industry.Mario’s experience involves expertise in
petroleum exploration & production including: conventional
and unconventional sweet-spot exploration, asset
evaluation,acquisition and divestiture, field development
planning, reservoir management, drilling and completion
planning, field/reservoir production surveillance planning,
nodal analysis and IPM, multi-phase well flow modeling and
artificial lift design, reserves estimation and project
economical analysis, fluid properties/PVT and pressure
transient analysis. Prior to founding IWFS, Mario provided
consulting services and led multidisciplinary project teams
and task forces with consulting and operators including :
Eclipse Petroleum Technology, BHP Billiton, Hess
Corporation, Kuwait Oil Company, PEMEX, worked in Swift
Energy, Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco),
ECOPETROL (Colombian Petroleum Company), Colombia
Cities Services (OXY)  and the Universidad Industrial de
Santander (UIS) of Colombia.  Mario holds a Petroleum
Engineering degree from Universidad Industrial de
Santander and a Master’s Degree in  Computer
Science/Operations Research fromTexas A&M University.

DR. CHARLES F. ALCOCER, SENIOR CONSULTANT
IWFS, LLC

Dr. Charles F. Alcocer has more than 25 years of international
experience in the oil industry in the areas of CO2 EOR
Processes, N2 injection HP Processes, CCS Processes and
Technologies, Management, Reservoir Engineering,
Production and Environmental Engineering. He has more than
11 years of academic experience teaching graduate and
undergraduate petroleum courses and conducting research in
the areas of Production, Reservoir, Environmental
Engineering, and EOR, Paraffin and Asphaltene deposition
prevention and/or control.  Active in consulting and teaching
worldwide for the Oil and Gas Industry, he is specialized in Oil
and Gas Reservoir and Production Engineering studies and
Environmental Engineering applied to wastewater treatment
and oil-contaminated soil.

In 1997-98, he was a Production/Reservoir Engineer
Consultant-in-Residency with SHELL OFFSHORE, INC, with
headquarters in New Orleans. In July-December 2011, he was
Senior Reservoir Engineer for PEMEX in a multidisciplinary
team of Geoscientists and Petroleum Engineers conducting
studies of 5 EOR projects from the area of Chicontepec in
Mexico with specialization in Oil and Gas Chicontepec
Resources (Mexican National Company, PEMEX, Poza Rica,
Vera Cruz, Mexico). He was also a consultant for
SCHLUMBERGER (NEXT) supporting technical manuals for
NEXT and taught Waterflooding Management, Waterflooding
and Applied Reservoir Simulation Technology  for
Schlumberger in 2008.

Dr. Alcocer holds a BS, MS, Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral Research
in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma University. Dr.
Alcocer is a former professor of Central University of
Venezuela, Oklahoma University, Montana University System,
and The University of Louisiana, Lafayette.
MALEKOV ROBLES CHAVEZ , WORKOVER & COMPLETIONS
PROJECT MANAGER
IWFS LLC - PERU REPRESENTATIVE

As a representative in Peru, Malekov brings to INTEGRATED
WELL FLOW SOLUTIONS more than 30 years of experience in the
upstream international oil industry in Colombia, Venezuela and
Peru where he has used his expertise in the planning and
execution of production and injection well completions and
workover jobs and in the design, planning and management of  
unconventional resource wells and artificial lift installations
including rod pump, gas lift, hydraulic pumping and progressive
cavity.

During his career, Malekov has planned, risk-analyzed and
designed numerous well interventions including completions,
workovers and re-drills. He has also successfully evaluated
programs for coiled tubing, selective strings, perforating,
fracturing, cementing and logging in both cased and open hole.

Malekov’s tours of duty have set him in projects managed by
international and domestic operators and service companies
including Schlumberger, Petrobras, Ecopetrol, Equion, PDVSA,
Petromar and Petroperu.

As a manager and a team player, Malekov has been highly
recognized by clients for his broad experience and abilities as a
strongly qualified completion and workover engineer.

Malekov holds a petroleum engineering degree from
Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria of Lima (Peru) and a master’s
degree in environmental engineering from Universidad Nacional
of Piura (Peru).
